Cyclists Fighting Cancer help children and young people (up to and including age 18) living with cancer across the UK regain their physical fitness, improve mental wellness and reduce social isolation by giving them new lightweight bikes, specially adapted trikes, tandems, other equipment and support.
Open to all UK cancer patients, up to the age of 18.
